Marc and Kate Birch established Plenty! Pies in 2011. Based in Stroud in Gloucestershire, we bake gourmet, British Pie Award winning savoury pies.  We specialise in innovative, delicious fillings and our range includes meat, game and vegetarian options. We make everything from scratch, including chorizo and our renowned crisp pastry.  The majority of our suppliers are local and fair trade where possible and we have long term relationships with them, meaning that our ingredients are consistently excellent.  Our pie fillings are seasonal where possible.  Our pork and game is outdoor reared.  We use no artificial flavourings or additives.

All our furniture is designed, created and handmade right here at our Gloucestershire workshop and all of our wood is sourced as locally and ethically as possible.

At Real Edgy, we believe the natural world is already a beautiful place and our one-off and completely bespoke products just simply reveal to you what is hidden beneath the surface.  We don’t believe in modifying our wood too much and we aren’t about conformity and straight lines. Instead we respect the time and effort nature has put into designing each unique slab of wood by allowing the individual grains, knots and wonky edges to be celebrated. We let the timber tell its story by keeping as much of the original shape of the wood as possible.

Katie Allen is a Shepherd and Knit Designer-Maker based in the Cotswolds, working to connect people with the reality that our clothes come from farming, just like our food. As well as 150 native breed sheep, Katie and her husband farm 50 native breed cattle. Under her brand Loopy Ewes she creates 100% traceable knitwear; grown, spun and handmade in South West England using the wool from her flock of native breed sheep. As the farmer, designer and garment producer for her knitwear, she takes responsibility for each stage of production - from getting her hands dirty in the field, to fully fashioning each garment on her knitting machine. Her hand-crafted knitwear demonstrates how British wool can be grown regeneratively, simply and locally processed, resulting in clothing that is beautiful, honest and good for the earth.

She will also have some of her delicious meat boxes on the stand if you are looking to source some local, grass fed lamb and beef for your freezer.

At Herringbone & Plaid we stock all you need to keep warm and stay stylish over the winter months.  Throws, blankets, wraps and scarves - all made from natural fibres and chosen with love.  Our cashmere is 100% and even our dog blankets are cotton, not polyester!!
