We tend to specialise in new-builds with a classical or traditional emphasis, often pulling in the local vernacular to soften and give interest.  Predominantly Cotswolds based, we also have projects across the country, ranging from Scotland to Cornwall.  We design with an appreciation of local materials, to give the building a relevance and authenticity to its surroundings.We are seeing an increasing number of clients coming to us with a beautiful site on a small farm. The existing farmhouse is often dilapidated, and we look to replace it with a sublime “gentleman’s farmhouse” with all the accoutrements, a party barn, pool house, gym, games room etc housed in the improved outbuildings.

Warwick Racecourse

Situated in the heart of Warwick, the racecourse hosts Jump meetings from September through until May taking place on weekdays and weekends, afternoons and evenings. As always, there is much to look forward to in the racing season, with 18 exciting days of quality Jump racing. The feature races include the Kingmaker Novice Chase and the Hampton Novice Chase as well as the Warwick Classic Chase over 3 mile 5 furlongs.

The racecourse has something for everybody from excellent raceday packages to elegant hospitality suites, marquees, and private boxes.
